The Springwood Country Club is delighted to announce new Caterers and a brand new name for our Bistro / Brassiere commencing on Thursday 3 October 2019. 

We have parted company our previous caterers after 3 months and warmly welcome experienced caterers Peter and Kay who will assist us in launching:


Peter is an award-winning executive Chef who held those roles at Barnaby’s Restaurant (14 years) and for the past 8 years at Strathfield Golf Club. Kay will be your front of house and both are committed to listening to our Members and their guests in delivering the style of food you would like at both lunchtime and evening.

‘THE 19TH AT SPRINGWOOD’ is a new approach and feel – a modern brand that the Board and Management are proud of and hope will welcome you back to our club.
We have recognised what has occurred recently and will be working closely with our new caterers to deliver value for money and win your support back along with great promotions.

Thursday night 3 October meals will be available on a slightly restricted basis but Friday 4 October a more extensive menu will be operational. Full service will be operational from next week.
Come and meet Peter and Kay. Our staff will be working alongside them.

Look out for our special weekly morning teas that will commence shortly and we are looking closely at Sunday morning breakfasts commencing soon.
Drop in and have a tea / coffee and cake on any morning.

A standout attraction for the Club of our Caterers Peter & Kay is their quality functions with a variety of flexible and well-priced menus.
They are committed to work with the Club staff to produce a quality and memorable function.
