1. General
By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Memberships & Bookings

• Membership applications are subject to approval by the club.

• Event and function bookings require a deposit and are subject to availability.

• Cancellation policies will apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Raffles, Promotions & Competitions

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18+.

• Winners will be drawn fairly and notified directly.

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

• Full terms for each raffle/competition will be displayed at point of entry.

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Springwood Country Club complies with NSW liquor laws and practices responsible service of alcohol. Management reserves the right to refuse service.

5. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, images, graphics) on this website belongs to Springwood Country Club and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability
We take care to ensure information on this site is accurate but do not accept liability for errors, inaccuracies, or website downtime.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Hole in one Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible to win the $1000 for a hole in one on the 8th hole at Springwood Country Club:

• The Hole in One must be during a Competition round.

• There must be at least one Springwood Member in the group.

• All golfers in the group must sign the card confirming the Hole in One.
